We can provide ballpark pricing over the phone for common faults. Final quotes are confirmed onsite after diagnosis. Our call-out/assessment fee is credited towards the repair if you proceed.
Yes! We provide warranty support. However, coverage isn’t automatic. We first need to inspect and diagnose the issue to confirm it’s covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or our workmanship warranty. If it’s covered, we’ll process the claim; if not, we’ll explain why and provide a clear quote for repair or replacement.
